If you are a member of the public whose property has been recovered or confiscated by an officer, and that property has been brought to the Police Department, it will be in the custody of the Property and Evidence department. The Property and Evidence staff is responsible for the intake, processing, and disposal of all property and evidence taken in by the Floresville Police Department.
Pick Up Property
- Pickups are made on an appointment basis ONLY by calling (830) 393-4055.
- You must provide your case number when making an appointment. Case numbers may be obtained by calling (830) 393-4055.
- Note: if your property was taken as evidence in a case, a release or court order may be needed before pickup can occur.
- Our public hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
