Residential Permit Application

To apply for a residential building permit, please complete the form and sign the agreement below. Unless otherwise noted, all fields are required.
A permit becomes null and void if work or construction authorized is not commenced within 180 days, or if construction or work is suspended or abandoned for a period of 180 days at any time after work is commenced. All permits require final inspection. Water and sewer fees are due at the time the permit is issued. All fees are non-refundable. All contractors must register with the City of Floresville. When submittal documents are required, a plan review fee shall be paid at the time of submitting documents for plan review. The plan review fees shall be 65 percent of the building permit fee.
