Floresville River Park
The 33-acre Floresville River Park, set alongside the San Antonio River, offers beautiful scenery and recreational amenities. It is equipped with two pavilions, which for a nominal fee can be rented for parties, family reunions, and other gatherings. Picnic tables, seating, grills, and fire pits are also available. Sports enthusiasts will enjoy the baseball, softball, Tee Ball, and soccer fields.

City Swimming Pool
This beachfront-entry, junior Olympic-sized pool offers fun and recreation for all ages. With a one-meter diving board and children’s slide, the Floresville City Pool is a hit with both avid swimmers and dog-paddling kiddos. Amenities include outdoor showers, patio furniture, shaded areas, and several snack vending machines. The pool also offers swimming lessons and aerobics classes for a nominal fee to children and adults of various ages and experience levels—from beginner to advanced.

Pecan Park
Pecan Park offers nine acres of community park space sure to satisfy all—multiple picnic areas, two playgrounds (ages 2-12), and a half-mile track for walking, running or jogging.

The small children’s park located in between the Floresville River Park and the swimming pool offers the little ones (ages 5-12) a large playground and swing sets. Picnic tables are also available.

Hike & Bike Trail
This two-mile greenway trail for hikers and cyclists includes one-half mile paved asphalt, 24 acres of greenbelt space, and benches throughout. The trail utilizes the old San Antonio & Aransas Pass Railroad right-of-way, including several bridges, and featuring the former depot building as a museum centerpiece.

American Legion Park (Watts)
This community park is located across the street from City Hall and the Wilson County Courthouse. This park offers two well-lit tennis courts, full-court basketball, five picnic tables, a merry-go-round, and restrooms. The proximity to the downtown and the city center make this a popular attraction for many residents.

Floresville Masonic Youth Park was added to the city’s parks in 2001 by a generous donation from the Floresville Masonic Lodge. This park features a full-size soccer field complete with bleachers, two picnic tables, and restrooms.
